Privacy: the beta sign-up
The Vault Clerk app runs on your own computer and uploads nothing. The beta sign-up form on this site is the one part that goes online, so here is exactly what happens with it.
What we collect
Your name, email, what you do, which computer you use, where you're based, how you keep your music paperwork today, anything else you choose to tell us, and your consent to be contacted.
Why
To run the beta and invite you: so we can say hello, send your invite and the right download, and invite a mix of roles and starting points.
Where it's kept and who sees it
In a private Google Sheet owned by Vault Clerk. Only we see it. We don't sell it, share it or use it for advertising.
How long
Until the beta ends, or until you ask us to remove it.
Leaving or deleting your details
Email afarahanishima@outlook.com to leave the beta list or have your details deleted. Australia's Privacy Act applies. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR applies and you can ask for a copy of your details or their deletion at any time.
